Happy August Everyone!
I hope you are all safe and healthy and enjoying the summertime.
This month we highlight our membership in Rotary International, and our focus is on the engagement of our members and future members. We also want to check in with all of you to make sure you are doing okay. The last year has been tough, and we know how difficult this has been for our members and our clubs. But we are all here to support you and your club and help with your membership needs.
I am excited to share that our new Chair for our District 5150 Membership Committee is Mitone Griffiths. Mitone has been a member of the Rotary Club of Half Moon Bay since 2005, 
has served as Club President in 2013-2014, Assistant Governor 2017-2019, and most recently as Chief of Staff for 2019-2020.
She is passionate about our membership in our District and her goal is to help support all of you, your clubs, and create more opportunities for growth in our District. We hope you will join one of the many planned upcoming membership sessions this year, and if you have ideas on the engagement of your members or of new members, let us know! We love new ideas and collaboration.
