The Citation for Meritorious Service honors those who have provided outstanding service to The Rotary Foundation, demonstrating a deep and sustained commitment to advancing its mission.
The Service Above Self Award is Rotary’s highest honor for an individual Rotarian, celebrating those who embody our core ideal through exceptional, hands-on humanitarian service that creates meaningful and lasting impact. Only 150 are awarded each year.

PRLS Recognition
Governor Mitone recognized Bill and Betsy Koefoed, who founded the Potential Rotary Leaders Seminar (PRLS) and are retiring after after dedicating 15 years to the program. Their impact on developing leaders across our District cannot be overstated.
